1. Click on the Windows Bottom, and then click on Control Panel

2. If the Control Panel window is like the picture below, change t to Classic View by clicking on Classic View bottom.

3. From the control panel double click on the Mail icon.

4. If you see the picture below go to step 4-1 and 4-2. If not go to step 5

1) Click on Add.

2) In the next window that appears enter the name for your profile for example “New Email” then click OK.

5. A configure email account window will appear, click on the Box before “Manually configure server settings or additional server types”. When this is done you will see the other options will gray out, this is normal. Click on Next.

6. Choose Internet E-mail then click Next.

7. Follow the instruction below to complete the last page then click Next. 1) Your Name 2) E-mail Address 3) Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.smartt.com 4) Outgoing mail Server (SMTP): mail.smartt.com 5) Username: Type in your username (first part of your email address before @ sign) 6) Password: type in your password 7) Check the box beside Remember password.

8. On the next screen simply click Finish and your email is configured.

9. Finally Close
