Open up Microsoft Outlook 2003
- The Install Wizard should launch automatically, click on Next
- Select Do not upgrade, click on Next
- Select Yes to create an email account, click on Next
- Select POP3 as your server type, then click Next
- Proceed with the following:
Enter your first and last name in the Your Name: field
Enter your email address in the E-Mail Address: field
For SmarttNet e-mail addresses you type in username@smartt.com
For Bcinternet e-mail addresses you type in username@bcinternet.com
For corporate mail you type in username@yourdomain.com
Enter your incoming mail server in the Incoming mail server(POP3):field
For SmarttNet mail mail.smartt.com
For Bcinternet mail mail.bcinternet.com
For corporate mail mail.yourdomain.com
Enter your outgoing mail server in the Outgoing mail server (SMTP): field
For SmarttNet mail mail.smartt.com
For Bcinternet mail mail.bcinternet.com
For corporate mail mail.yourdomain.com
Enter your username in the User Name: field
Enter your password in the Password: field
If you want, place a check in the box next to Remember password
- In the E-Mail Accounts window, click Next Click Finish
