Invoice and Payment

1- How and when do I receive billing and invoices?

Invoices are sent to each customer by email to the contact email address or alternate email address designated by the customer. The invoices are sent in both PDF & text format.

Customers are billed by invoice on the 9th day of each month. The invoice details the services for the next month and details the usage of the previous months’ services and extra charges.

2- When are the payments due?

Smarttnet payments are due on the first day of each month if billed monthly or on the first day of a billing period if the period is quarterly or annual.

3- What are the payment options?

Payment options are:

  1. Credit Cards (Visa/ MasterCard)*
  2. Cheque or Money Order
  3. Auto Debit from chequeing accounts**

* Payments by credit card are processed on the first day of each month.
** Payments by auto debit from chequeing accounts are paid on the 15th day of each month.

4- Do I have to pay more for additional usage of the ASDL service?

All ADSL packages have traffic usage limits included. Users have to pay for the additional usage. To see your online usage click here.

5- How can I find out about my ADSL usage?

The usage can be tracked on the "My Account" and opened using the ADSL user name and password.

6- Where can I find additional usage information on my invoice?

Additional usage is summarized at the end of the month and included on the invoice created on the 9th day of each month. The billing appears as “Additional Transfer GB.”
