2- Can I have additional e-mail addresses? What is the cost?
Please review your account options for number of included e-mail addresses. You may contact us if you are unsure as to how many e-mail addresses are included with your SmarttNet service. Additional e-mail addresses can be provided on an existing account for $2.50/month per address. Please note that an additional e-mail address does not have login capability. Dialup Users should login under their master username & password and with their own pop account and password to check their e-mail.

3- What is the maximum size e-mail that I can receive?
For all e-mail addresses @smartt.com the maximum size is 5 MB and for @bcinternet.com is 10 MB. If you have a dedicated mail server using your corporate domain, we can customize the size of your e-mail based on your requirement.

4- How can I change my username or e-mail address?
Please email us at sales@smartt.com with your request. Your new username should be a maximum of eight characters. The password should be between six to eight characters. If you do not provide us with a new password we will set up the new email address with the same old password.

5- How can I check my online usage?

6- What should I do if I want to change my plan?
If you decide to change your plan please call us at 604-473-9700 or email your request to sales@smartt.com. All account changes are made on the first of each month. We require a 48-hour notice prior to the end of the month for any changes to be made on your account, for business customers we require a written request (via fax or e-mail) for these changes.

8- I am paying by Auto Debit from my chequing account, what day of the month is my account debited?
All accounts are due on the first of each month, but Auto Debit withdraws payments on the 15th of each month for customers who use this payment method.
9- How can I access my email away from home or the office?
You can access your email from any computer that is connected to the Internet and has one of the common web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, or Netscape. All you need is an Internet connection and Internet browser to keep in touch with your contacts.
